DO NOT BUY!!!!! This company is a complete scam. They sell defective garbage and do not honor their return policies.

They said fu your money is mine now without saying a word. I wanted to cancel my order only few hours later. I tried to reach out 4 times on 2 different channeIs. I have now received the order 1 month after and paid addionally 90 us in tax and they have not yet answered my inquiries. I found out Havnby matress is better and without shipping fee! I had to pay a whopping 190 us at Tesmat. Shame on me for trusting Tesmat.

I wish I could give TesMat zero stars. I ordered the Gen4 TesMat for my Tesla Model 3 on 11/24/24 after reading glowing reviews. It arrived quickly on 11/29/24, but to my dismay, I received the wrong product—the older, thinner version of the TesMat. The Gen4 is supposed to be 3" thick, but the one I got is barely 1.5".

I thought this might be an honest mistake, so I contacted customer service via email and their website form. I’ve followed up over five times in the last two weeks, and they haven’t replied even once. Not a single acknowledgment. It’s shocking that a modern company operates with such horrendous customer service.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. If something goes wrong with your order, you’ll be left hanging with no support. TesMat, step up your game—you’re losing customers with this kind of behavior.

my package was stolen from my doorstep and tesmat was sent a new one out for me the next day! A+ for service and the mattress is extremely comfortable as well

I ordered the tesmat - like new and the privacy screen.
The privacy screen arrived a few days later.

The Tesmat - like new was unfortunately out of stock. I received an email regarding and got an offer to get the brand new product with a discount.

I decided to do so and received the product from Germany a couple of days later.

All in all great service.

No response when cancelling order. Complete joke. Avoid.

Horrendous service…ordered 9 days ago and absolutely no information. I contacted support 3 times and go no response. I am attempting to get a refund through the payment processor. At this point I no longer ever want the product…because the service is so bad.

This company is an absolute joke. I bought the mattress for a Tesla Model 3 for Christmas and decided to try to return it, but after emailing them a bunch of times, messaging them on every social media possible, and doing everything I can to try to return it, they have never answered me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TESMAT. They have horrible customer service, and they will refuse to honor their return policy. This company is a joke.

This review is about handling of the Order since we still haven’t received our goodS more than two months after ordering.
The Order was Placed at June, 6. There was no information about delays in shipping (customer service keeps claiming that). Our money was withdrawn at June, 9. One month later after inquiring about the delivery we are told that the order will be shipped within July, 27 to August, 2. Since we need the order by august, 7, we send another inquiry at July, 28. Now we are told that they expect to ship the order late in week 32 (august, 4-7). This is off course not acceptable but when we try to make a proper solution regarding either shipping or refunding (exchange rates has changed in favour of the company and refunding means that we will loose app 25$ - for absolutely nothing), all communication ends from the company. We have now written once more 5 days ago and still nothing.
Products might be okay - though very expensive, but order handling is altogether unacceptable.
