I changed my car and had the car insurance changed over to the new one. That kept the Tesco insurance without changing provider. The cost for the new car was minimal considering it was a more expensive machine. The Tesco Rep was spot on. Recommended.

Communication and customer service was poor
Communication was pretty poor. Call waiting times were crazy long. Vehicle was then undervalued by quite a lot. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.

Unable to access Tesco insurance policies -again!
Unable to access both my Home and Car policies since Tesco merged their Clubcard and Insurance systems. Tesco keeps sending me emails saying I can logon to my policies but when I try it ALWAYS says "unable to find you policy, try again,,,again,,,again". Even aftera 45 minute call to an attendant she was unable to resolve the porblem. Goodbye Tesco Insurance!
