Ordered serval coats for autumn. All of them poor quality or fitting. Returned by evri. Tesco state that they only received 2 items out of 5 returns. So basically I’m £121 quid down. And refusing to refund me. Disgusting

A company sullied by its poor choice of warehouse site (Astley) and carriage handler (Whistl). Don’t make bad choices. Reputations are easy to lose.

Get out of Astley. Not only will I be boycotting F&F, but I’ll also not spend a penny on Tesco until Whistl are out or you cease operations.
Same way I’ll boycott any other company using them for the duration.

Live and work close to Wigan and the disruption of the F&F trucks from the Astley distribution centre is horrendous. I really feel for those poor communities and residents affected. I just can't support a company that is part of that.

Hi size 12 knickers with lace frill …always buy and wear . This time fabric so THIN you can see through them .i have bought for years because they were excellent material and I m truly disappointed.😔please listen and resolve .

I got some Disney pjs bought me from tesco the alarm tag was still attached. Very unprofessional!
Also the elastic in the waist just twists everytime I wear them. Very uncomfortable and poorly made.

Selling dirty trousers and refusing to refund

Ordered a midi skirt on line, what I didn’t expect to have it delivered rolled up in a ball, seriously !!! Very very creased, not great service… it must have been packed like that at the warehouse, there is no way in happened in the post!!! very disappointing packing and delivery service.

The clothing range this year it's dreadful from what I have seen via one of your text messages, what are you aiming for 18 to 20S Club

Bought a navy longline t shirt. Hands up I never read the washing label. Who doesn't put a t shirt in the dryer? I don't have a drying green. Came out totally shrunk-by more than a few inches and filter was full of navy stuffing. Shoddy comes to mind.

Bought a pair of mens F&F summer shorts. Excellent quality and fit. Price more competitive than other main shop suppliers and quality not impeded.
Delivery was excellent arriving 24 hours earlier than expected. Kept informed from placing order to receiving the goods. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

My opinion on new Fred and Florence app. Love the clothes but I think the app should show more of the product than the description and price. By that I mean a bigger picture of the product. Only my opinion

The range of clothing that tesco sell is very limited.
There seems to be a trend for everything to be black, white or grey. The summer range seems to be identical to the winter range.
It is time for tesco to them to brighten up their whole range for members.

I bought a lovely pair of pyjamas from F&F, lovely quality and colour but the top was such a let down, it kept popping open, no it wasn't to small, The buttons are tiny, every time I moved the whole top came open! Quiet embarrassing.

Was pleased to see could order from website again as no local Tescos round here however soon disappointed I ordered 2 midi dresses they arrived and they were actually maxi dresses far to long for me so I went to my account to return them filled in return forms for both clicked on evri return at a cost of £2.50 to me only to find when I clicked only one dress had gone through I called customer services to get help as I did not want to pay another £2.50 after being on hold several times I was told could not put other dress in same parcel I would have to put in another parcel and pay another £2.50 which they would give me as voucher for shopping how ridiculous firstly false advertising with the dresses then charging delivery and return twice will not bother again awful service

Watch out only one set of inserts in the double set of 'crop top' type bra. i have bought these in the past they are comfortable, i took the last pair back as only the front one had 'inserts' i thought someone had taken the second pair, no Tesco has stopped suppling two sets!! I will be looking at other crop top suppliers!

F & F clothing a very poor range of clothing T shirts are very likely to shrink. Also made in Bangladesh what's wrong with using British clothing's makers. More expensive a little but better quality.

I was genuinely excited when F&F launched their website. At last, a convenient way to order clothing I'd often browsed in-store. Unfortunately, that excitement has now turned into frustration.

I recently ordered a pair of chinos (Order No. 7680-2472-31) in a colour that wasn't available in store. To be sure of the fit, I tried on the exact same item in black while in a Tesco branch. The black pair fit perfectly, so I confidently placed my order online.

When the trousers arrived, they were nothing like the pair I had tried on. Despite being labelled as slim fit and 30 inch leg, they were loose, bunchy and wide, which is completely different in cut and fit. It's baffling how two items, supposedly identical apart from colour, can fit so differently.

To make matters worse, I paid £3.99 for delivery and have now been left with an item I can't wear and postage I can't get back + a visit to Tesco at my own expense. I added two children’s caps to the order for convenience, but they were never the reason for the purchase, the chinos were the main item, and they completely missed the mark.

F&F really need to sort out consistency in their sizing and product descriptions. Right now, online shopping with them feels like a gamble, and unfortunately, this time I lost out. I have placed a complaint in the hope of my refund postage.

Purchased mens boxers, having previously owned F&F boxers that went on for years. Within 2 times of wearing them, seam has gone. Clearly a manufacturing issue where they have made the seam right on the edge to save money. Will only refund if I provide a receipt. Who keeps a supermarket receipt?

Bought some trousers in Tesco extra. They were perfect - except the security tag was still on when I got home. Not my normal shop as it’s as fair distance away.
Contacted customer service and Ben asked for photos (evidence) and the situation was resolved swiftly, amicably and to my satisfaction. Thank you Tesco
