I bought about $200 worth of seeds for my very large vegetable garden. I was disappointed by the small amount of seeds in each packet. The germination rate of the seds has been horrible. We are having a latest spring but as an experienced gardener I know what can be planted outdoors in Late March and April. So far very dissapointed. Will update when I sow the seeds for May. I haven't tried to contact their customer service yet but will do so if the germination problem continues. I have planted over a dozen different types of seeds.

Last fall I ordered strawberry plants for spring delivery, site says ship in March. They must just ship all the orders and do not ship by zones.
Well I got the Strawberry's yesterday, The farm is in central Maine, ground is snow covered and froze solid. After I asked them what they want me to do for 10 weeks,email response, put them in a bucket of sand, store in cool dark place add some moisture.
Never buy from then again.

This is my first order with this company. I received an order confirmation email the day I placed the order claiming that the order should ship within 48 hours. It is now 11 days later and, not only has my order not been processed, but there is no way, via the website or email to contact the company to request a status update. I searched my order number on the website and it has still not even been processed.

Great customer service and superior products. Their mail-order tomato plants are wonderful! Will order these for many years to come. I can get the varieties I want and they arrive right to my door. Excellent help if you ever have a question or concern. Thanks Territorial Seed!
