Excellent service.....

I would just like to give a big shout to ( Daniel ) Sales Engineer for providing me with information on a purchase which we where enquiring on. The service provided with quotes was done in a timely matter with professional experience. unfortunately we did not go forward with the purchase du to financial implication's. But will still be into contact for future projects. Terra Universal are still the go to for me personally. Thank you again Daniel.

Exceptional Customer Service from Nathan Madole

Very helpful

Jesus was very helpful and worked with us within our budget constraints. Even though we were unable to continue with the purchase for other reasons, I would be happy to consider working with Terra again due to the attentive service.

Terra Universal has been a great vendor to work with for our projects. Daniel has provided quotes and clarified all questions in a timely manner, being professional and very helpful throughout the quoting process for a large project we were bidding. Great customer service on HEPA unit inquiry

Ability to contact the order manager (Jessica Chavez) directly to quickly revise a quote she worked up for me on critical HEPA unit replacements needed at our facility. Jessica was also very helpful in identifying different options and accessories.

Excellent customer service with a big helping of patience.

I spoke with Emmanuel about returning a cleanroom gowning bench due to a defect. He was very helpful and patient with me. I took an especially long time to resolve the issue (unpacking the box, notifying Terra Universal about the defect, requesting the replacement, and returning the bench). I'm grateful for such excellent customer service.

Taso at Terra Universal provides outstanding service from start to finish. He's extremely responsive always quick to reply to emails and phone calls, even with short notice. His communication is clear, professional, and proactive, which makes the entire process smooth and stress free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive.
