I initially received a quotation from…

I initially received a quotation from them via WhatsApp, but when I tried to follow up to proceed with the purchase, I received no response. I even sent a formal complaint to their official email, yet no one replied.
Frankly, I’m glad I didn’t proceed with any purchase or payment. If this is how they respond before a sale, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get support if there were issues with delivery or the supplied items. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend engaging with them—the lack of communication and professionalism is concerning.
