I've been camping my whole life. I've also been a backing trail guide as well. As I've gotten older and now with a family, I appreciate camping comforts more often these days. I slept the best I have in the 3-person hammock tent than I can ever recall sleeping in a regular tent. This include air mattresses too. It rained quite a bit on my first weekend using the tent and stacked hammock setup. Nothing got wet nor damp. My kids played in the tent all day during rain and we as a family love it!! Definitely recommend if you are a seasoned camper, know campsites with open spaces trees, and don't mind the weight of the bag. Practice setting up the tent prior to going camping to allow familiarity.

The customer service is really great, even when something doesn´t work well they´re really very nice to help and fix any problem.

I bought my Connect 8 years ago, its made it through dozens of camping trips and still holding on tight. Its my favorite thing of all my camp supplies. When i retire it next year i will certainly get its replacement from Tentsile again. Cant recommend them enough.

Did not use my tensile that much but love it, its fun and enjoyable sleep of the ground is my main experience.

I bought my tree tent (connect) more than 10 years ago and camped every year from early spring to fall. I love it. Some small damaged appeared through the years, but only on my rain fly and rain fly fixations. It’s still super comfortable and safe, the meshing, the straps and zippers are still 100%. Never used it on the ground, we always had trees. Takes me around 20min to install/adjust. Let’s hope this company stays strong cause it’s the best sleep I ever had!! 5 stars by far!

I purchased the 2 person flite a couple years ago. It is to heavy for through hiking but wotks well for me. Hike in a few miles and stay the weekend. The versatility of the flite makes it a winner. The company actually caring about me and the environment make them a winner as well.

I have a stingray and a 3 man hammock. I use the hammock as the first floor of my multilevel camping experience. When I camp people stop by. Everyone wants to check it out and I am usually the coolest tent in town. I love my Tenstile

Quality tents that are comfortable, well-designed and fun to camp with. I do suggest taking the time to watch the videos and learning how to use the equipment properly. Some of the latch systems need some practice before going solo into the woods without reception. But very comfy, I sleep well and enjoy the experience.

I have been stalking the Trillium for about 2 years waiting for it to go on sale. I finally bought it last year during Black Friday. What a find! My kids and I love this thing! We spent about 2 hours (I didn’t have a ladder) getting it up in the trees last year for a week long camping trip. Got it about 15 feet off the ground. So fun to stargaze and nap in! All my friends and their kids loved it and many takes about buying one for themselves. Couldn’t recommend more. Very well made and strong. It will last a while if you keep it clean, out of the rain, and out of the sun when you can. I know what you’re thinking, it’s too much….just splurge and get it. You’ll be happy you did.

I have a Trillium 3 person hammock that I absolutely love, it is awesome. The customer service at Tensile is very good, attentive, and quick to respond with any problems or questions you may have, I hope to get a 3 person tent in the near future and I know I can expect the same great service that I’ve had in the past, thanks tensile

Since I first learned about Tentsile in 2019, I knew they were the right tent for me. I always hated picking up my tent early in the morning all dirty and wet. But with the Tentsile i have the chance to just pick up and go! The more I have to clean are the stakes, and dry the rainfly. Besides that, My tent is pristine clean, even after a harsh rain.

The tent is very sturdy and easy to mount. In my experience, I totally recommend getting two ratchets and a Weblock, to be able to tighten and have a sturdy set up. It’s easier for me, but ends up having a heavier load that I personally am willing to carry. With the new ground set up, you can turn your flying tent into a ground tent for those camping spots without trees to set on to.

Great buy, would buy again!

We bought the 3-person Stingray a few years ago. The kids, nieces, and nephews love to use it at our family lake place to be closer to the trees. Great tent!

I have owned my Tentsile for several years now and I love it. I love having my own "instant tree house" where I and a couple of friends can lay back under the canopy of trees and just relax, talk, and dream. There are many more products the company offers now, and I hope to purchase more in the near future.

After buying and loving my first trillium, I bought 2 more. The product is really built to last. I will admit to abusing the weight limit and they never have any issue.

I bought a Connect2 from Tentsile. Apart from the fact that the tent is great, the rainfly wasn’t stitched correctly in one spot when it arrived. I notified Tentsile about it, and they promptly sent me a new rainfly - at no cost for me. On top of that, the customer service was absolutely helpful: the tent wasn’t available at the time of ordering, and I was planning a trip to Sweden. Customer service kept me updated on how long delivery would take and even made last-minute changes to the delivery address. I am very satisfied!

We are a family of 4, but when we want to camp, family and friends want to come with us! We now own two threesome tents, one single-man tent, three hammocks for one, three and six people. We bought slacklines and climbing equipment so we can attach the straps to rocks and extend the anchor points.
We use Tentsile in all possible contexts, for weekend trips (Summer and Winther - in the snow with a campfire is a hit), childbirthdays when the climbing club is going on excursion (there is no better way to look at people climbing, than from a hammock!)

an exceptional experience ... the setup is not conventional, but it’s worth the effort provided ... the access is a bit athletic, but the above-ground experience is well worth this small effort

I purchased a Connect in 2016, there was problems with the Zippers as it was to tight when it is setup, customer service sent me a new with no problem when I contacted them with an attached video, great service… now I have a few new problem many years later, one is that the bottom is getting soft and sticky and feel really not nice to touch.
The other is that the zippers fabric is bad and treats is getting loose and blocking the zippers.
Customer service first said to give the bottom talcum, still same problem, then the offering 5% discounts on a new tent..
if you plan to keep your tent for long term, there are other brands which has great customer service,
Mine has been stowed properly and cleaned and drying before stowing, so it must be production issues and warranty should cover this…
