Issue incomplete delivery
Issue : incomplete delivery (2 padel ball tubes missing out of 72 tubes ordered) due to package not completely closed upon delivery. Upon filling out contact form and missing items forms, no reaction of customer service so far. Already 14 days timelapse.

Order booked beginning of June on the belgian/fr website, and never delivered.
Belgian Customer service unexisting, german Call center has been called several times, offering a very low support in English. Reimbursement form has been completed and is still not yet done.
Worst customer service ever.

The price of the products was reallu competitive
The price of the products was really competitive. The only little complain was with the delivery, which was delayed, but it is understandable as the order was set during the Black Friday week.

Do not trust the delivery dates !
Do not trust the delivery dates of this site. They make promises they won’t respect just to make the sale. A child was left without its Christmas present despite the delivery promise.
I advise you to use other similar sites that are more trustworthy !

I have ordered for more than 200euro of goods on 28/10/2019. On 2/12/2019, more than 1 month later, the goods are still not deliverd and still not reimbursed. To be avoided.
