my order has been delayed for 5 weeks , then after contacting the worse customer service ever, they Sayed by mistake and we will refund your money back ,

totally bad experience !!

Did not received the product I ordered and paid. No information regarding delivery....so far no news from custumer service excepting for giving my feedback.

I have ordered a tennis racket 7 days ago and have not heard anything from them. I have even sent them an email.

Don’t shop here for any international purchases.

They send them via dbschenker.

That has a horrible tracking service and an even worst customer service.

If you’re lucky, you will receive your order within 10 days.

If not, you will wait for a month with no help or reply from either tengo or the shipping company.

I have made an order on 28th/June and I still have not received my order and I have not received any help from support.

I lost hope in getting my order, and I will never do business with this website again, and I suggest you the same! Horrible service.

I have two orders that is almost 14 days old. They have not been sent, I have recieved the bills in Klarna. I have now tried to cancel my orders because of the long waiting time. I am not getting any replies. Very bad this.

Shipping took a while , however knowing it was an international shipping a i am ok with it , if the site has an English option it would be great

The racket was what I ordered. My only problem is that I was informed of the estimated shipping date being later than expected. Good price and nice racket.

Ordered padel shoes february 11th. Still nothing. Tengo sport wrote to me and explained the situation. Order is cancelled due to progress of setting up a brand new website in Norway with a new way of shipping. I have no problem with this and will look to order from tengo again when a new delivery system is working.

Problem with the delivery, never arrived. So had to be canceled.

Norwegian customer: Ordered a padel racket by credit card. Got quick info that they did not have the racket in stock, and Tengo could offer me another racked for the same price. Had to send an sms to a phone number with my ordernumber and tell YES if I wanted the deal. I did so. The same day I got an e-mail from the support team and they asked me to tell them my personal number, I got shocked !!! I do not know the GDPR rules in Sweden, but in Norway this is not to be done. I canceled the order immediately.

I bought tennis balle RS and full ordet handling was best in class.

Good prices and many products to chose from.
Will use TENGO SPORT again.

Highly unprofessional, not recommended unless you enjoy long delivery time, false promises and various surprises along the way.

Details - I've ordered a ~2000 NOK racket from Norway and the website promised:
- 1-2 days delivery
- free delivery
- taxes included.

Here is what really happened:
- I've placed the order Dec 9th and got it delivered Dec 27th. To be fair, there was an option to get it on Dec 20th at a distant delivery company's warehouse instead of home delivery. But even then it would have been way more time than promised 1-2 days.
- I had to contact the support to actually get things moving several times as I did not receive any order dispatch confirmation for a few days. Turns out they needed to get my ID number for customs which I had to email them separately, so they can finally ship the order. Which got delayed once again for some days for some reason.
- the delivery was not actually free. I had to pay ~50 NOK at the final checkout stage. Weird, but fine.
- some days later I've got a letter claiming I have to pay the tax on the purchase (again, even though the website said it is included and it was also verbally confirmed by staff during our conversation). So, I'd have to call the support again and deal with it.

- there was no option to select the stringing tension, and my racket was done super tight, so I'll have to re-do it, which one does not expect from a brand new racket (this bullet is subjective though).

They left the package for 6 days that I couldn't take out (normal is 14 days). After that they took 70% of the cost to return the package back to them.

Very Quick delivery. Simple process

Late delivery and no reply to all my emails so far to customer service (3 so far!!)
