I've given this one star for three reasons:

1 - The email address on the website does not work and emails just bounce back. Unable to call during work hours, they are unreachable.

2 - They very loudly advertise their 100% money back guarantee after testing the product online within 14 days, but with the paperwork with the delivery, they say you have 10 days and can only return it if it's in a re-saleable condition. So they advertise a great service and then try to fleece people out of it once they make a purchase.

3 - The product does not have any positive impact for me. It's a little vibrator, which will tend to create an illusion of comfort whilst it's on, but does not do anything to enhance healing or improve function. It's no surprise that it's just a basic, normal vibrating device, as the clinical references on the website are about generalised vibration therapy and there doesn't appear to be any clinical confirmation that this item works any better than I've described here.

Used immediately on both elbows as instructed and after three weeks, definitely feeling an improvement!
Will continue to use but would recommend it for sure!!

I purchased a ‘Tenease’ a week ago and it works very well to remove discomfort when placed correctly.
Unfortunately, I have to keep the machine in my hand to use as the Velcro strip on the strap end is on the wrong side. To fasten strap to the ‘buckle end’ with the ‘end piece’ Velcro you have to cross it on your arm. For £40 I would have expected someone to have worked out which side the Velcro should be on.

I fell and broke my elbow about a year ago. It has mended well but I required physio, which helped with the pain relief. Every now and again I was still getting pain. My husband saw the tenease advertised and bought one for me. I have used it for about a month and it has helped relive pain. I still get the occasional pain, but 10 mins with release and it's gone.

Having tried a number of treatments (including acupuncture) without success, despite some scepticism I decided to give the tenease a go. Really glad I did! By following the recommended treatments, the device has been extremely effective in easing/relieving pain. I am now back playing golf 5 times a week with minimal discomfort and simply use tenease on an occasional basis when needed.

I recently updated to the rechargeable (new) version and had immediate problems with the device: it would not recharge! I emailed customer support and they sent me a replacement unit the following day but that too suffers the same problem: when you plug in the power lead it just does not recharge. The old version that used a battery worked well and was very effective against tennis elbow. If only the new unit could be recharged it too would be great. I can only conclude that there is a design flaw. I recommend the old version but not the new version.

EU citizens beware - don't order from their german website, as it will be shipped from the UK.

I ordered on the german website, tenease.de, only to discover a week later it was shipped from Germany. I also had to send the company an email to receive any tracking info.

I will be getting a fine, a bill for customs clearance fee, plus I must pay import duties and taxes since it was sent from a non-EU country.

So the product will end up costing well above DOUBLE. Add to that, I have no idea when I will actually receive the product, as the customs clearance can take weeks.

As for the product itself, I will update this review once I actually receive the product and get a chance to use it for a couple weeks.

I had tennis elbow for nearly 2 years. It just never got any better. Was going to try acupuncture but saw this Tenease and thought it's not even the cost of one session, plus with Covid I didn't really want to go. After using it 3 times a day for the first week then twice a day for the second, I noticed I had more strength in my arm picking things up. Before I had almost none at certain angles. After 4 weeks it's really improved loads. It doesn't ache like it did and lots more strength now. It's not 100 percent yet so I'll use maybe once a day for a bit longer but overall really impressed. It's easy to use, sometimes I relax, sometimes I get on with what I'm doing so it seems to work either way.

Used this for 3 months. Didn't work at all. Buy a decent strap and stretch.

A great product which works well. The Tenease removes the problems of tennis elbow. The pain experienced with this condition are reduced quickly and without any need to take internal medication
