It's a scam website, even after cancelling my repeated billing I was charged again for this month. No one answers the reply to email and if you want to close your account you have to wait for 1 hour or even more to get the account closing code.

Their system sucks. I cancelled my billing (my user id 406925993) but I keep seeing that they’re about to charge me with another subscription fee. Sent tons of emails, no reply. Phone number unreachable, total nightmare for customer. DON’T EVER PAY FOR THIS WEBSITE. I REPEAT, EVER!
UPDATE: After few days of keep submitting my email and tried to reach out their service number, they finally contacted me and cancelled my billings. Issue solved.
However, just friendly reminders: for other users, please do think thoroughly of choosing which dating app you’re going to subscribed.

Absolute rubbish - almost a scam. Full of prostitutes and escorts, no real people interested in dating.
Re the reply from tender meets - that is your responsibility, not mine. For starters the reporting option you speak of was not at all obvious, and secondly I would spend hours doing it as the number of fake accounts was overwhelming. These accounts aren't hard to spot. If you aren't prepared to vet them, get out of the business.

Absolute scam. Charged me €1 for 1 day, and cancelled (the same day) before the renewal period, still got charged twice.
Please delete my user ID 3996617201, cancel my subscription and refund the 2nd and 3rd charge on my credit card.

Talk about scammed! I joined up for a 3 day trial to see what the site was like. I later got billed when I was navigating around the site. When I advised the bot (when I contacted them immediately!) and advised that I was reporting them for debiting my card without my authority they immediately advised that I would get a refund. Less than 24 hours later another 'dating' company mystfc.com debited my account for money and I had not used their services at all! Do not use these offshoot dating sites, they are just scams and rely on people not reporting them!

They need to improve their practices
They charge your bank account monthly (36.63 EUR) even if you cancel the 0.99 EUR one-day subscription plan on time (I canceled the plan after one hour of use). If you contact them via the contact form, they won't answer, and the telephone number they show does not exist. There isn't any invoice or record on the Tendermeets account regarding the 36.63 EUR charge. It is sad. If you want to solve my problem and refund the money, my ID is 1079456265.
UPDATE 01: They told me that I also bought a monthly service called "EspacoPaquera.com" when I bought the one-day plan. Of course, this is not true. The checkout page does not show any reference to such a service. So, they create an account without authorization in a second platform you don't know, with an expensive monthly subscription you don't want.
UPDATE 02: I managed to get my refund, so I'll modify my review accordingly.

Naughtypairs/tendermeets scam date sites.
Joined a site called naughtypairs, unknowingly associated with tendermeets, pop ups appear, if you click on wrong thing, you get charged. Do not join this scam site, they make it difficult to contact, refunds are adhock, the say a refund will come after legal actioned threatened, then pay a portion of refund then ignore emails or contact requests on full proper refund. I would say trading standards should start investigating these sites. I am almost sure they are scamming loads of people.
After number of emails full refund provided. Hopefully site will address concerns on issues raised?

When you subscribe to the trial membership, they sign you up for a bunch of different websites that you didnt even agree to or wouldnt have noticed that you agreed to becuz they place the agree terms where the customer wouldn't notice and charge you for subscription fee on the other websites without even notifying. Of course no refunds. I should've searched the website up on google before even paying for the trial. Never even sign up for the website. Once the information is out, they use it to create more accounts without you knowing

Yes highly illegal ! even when testing with questions like what weather is it where you are, and reporting the profile, the 'administrator' replies in just as robotic a response: "the profile has been verified, it is safe to continue to chat"!

Beware, bad company selling your card information
Hello, I created a profile and signed up for a subscription. This site did not have many partners in my area so I tried to cancel it online. I ended up having to call a number to cancel my subscription. I called the number and they said the cancelled it then she gave me a free trial, to "redeem themselves" Over the past month they've been tried to take out $38 dollars for the subscription. I have not been active on the account since me and the operator last spoke on the phone. Why are they continuely trying to charge my card? They sent me to a website called baedm.com and they're customer service was no help. Good thing I have a lock button on my card or they would have stole my money. Others beware!
