Should have known better and checked Trust Pilot before placing order for Karcher £112. My bank is thankfully investigating this and hopeful will get a refund.

I ordered a fridge freezer. Same as other people I got a confirmation of the order and told it was being shipped a couple of days later. They responded to the online chat before I made the purchase but then it did not arrive and the tracking link does not work anymore. They do not respond to online chat, email or phone. Thieves.

Fortunately didn't place an order, as seemed too good to be true and wanted to flag it up.......so I contacted the manager of the business park and they are well aware of this scam company and advised anyone impacted to contact Action Fraud.

SCAM - They offer free collection from their store at "Unit 6, The Acorn Centre, Roebuck Road Hainault Business Park, Ilford, IG6 3TU".
This is a small empty unit next door to G&D cabinet makers.
No sign of anyone there, unit looked empty, pile of post through the slot.

Scam company, ordered a mount field mower, nothing arrived,stay away from these thieves.

SCAM WEBSITE! DO NOT USE! LUCKILY SPOTTED THIS SCAM FOR A RELATIVE AND CANCELLED THE CARD & PAYMENT WITH THE BANK BEFORE MONEY TAKEN. FOLLOWING RESEARCH I FOUND ALL THESE REPORTS. THIS COMPANY IS FAKE AND NEEDS REPORTING TO ACTION FRAUD WHERE POSSIBLE. THERE IS A REASON ALL THEIR ITEMS ARE CHEAPER. HUGE STOCK LEVELS FOR A TINY UNIT ON A BUSINESS PARK. ALL THESE REPORTS ARE NEW SO I EXPECT THE WEBSITE WILL DISAPPEAR SOON.

The unit appears to be owned by a company named Taaza Foods LTD. I ordered a karcher pressure washer and it turned up today but it came from Currys. I'm baffled.

As expected this company is a scam. Ive been price checking small fridge freezers for past hour and its the only place selling them for £100. I did a review check first to make sure its legit and seen all the negative reviews. Glad I didnt buy from them and hope you dont either. Always do research first!

Total scam, item charged and never delivered, merchant stopped communicating altogether, avoid!!!

Same experience as all the people on here ...take your money tracking does not work dont get bk to you on chat or emails makes me sick to the stomach people do this 😑 £206 for a hoover I never got im hoping I am covered by my bank as I paid on card fingercrossed ....I hope they get ther comeuppance scamming honest normal people 😔

I have ordered a kenwood fridge freezer on the 16th ov this month. I was told I would have a tracking number 2 to 3 days after my order and would be notified within 7 days on where my item is. I have sent numerous emails to witch I received no response I'm now 320 down with no fridge freezer and no communication with this company I have spoke to my bank and can't even try to get money back until 15 days after purchase. So I've no fridge freezer no money to buy one and no trust in this company the service it terrible please do not use these you will 100% lose you money and get nothing

Scam website. Just order k4 washer pressure, payment was gone through straight away, email was received for confirmation of the order, couple of days after received for order tracking, once clicked on the link for tracking delivery, it’s just give an error page.
They don’t respond mobile number and even emails. Plz don’t buy, it’s just a waste of time and money.

I believe I have been scammed out of £84 for a pressure washer - never arrived, no contact, no response - fake website - fake link on dispatch notice - no ability to talk to Customer services - avoid at all cost

Exact same scenario, bought a pressure washer from here. Shipping link doesn’t work. No item has arrived and no valid way to contact the company! Scam! Avoid

Ordered a product and received tracking notification which didn't work.Sent email requesting update, no response. Tried calling which went to a pre recorded message. Do not purchase from this site

Ordered an air fryer checked tracking link when item did not arrive in the specified timescale and the link does not work, phone numbers do not work and have sent several emails with no response. Money taken and no item or refund received.

Reported to Action Fraud!

Avoid at all costs!!!!
