U deposit but u never can normally chat with platform people
After verification they leak your data.

They have completely conflicting instructions for account verification and do not respond to emails or their customer support chat. There is no phone number to call them. They make it impossible to access your account and ask that you deposit more money to verify your account. Then ask for more yet again!
It's a scam, and they are thieves.

This is the absolute worst app to try to use. No customer assistance, no one to answer questions about anything. When you ask a question they don't answer any questions! They just repeat the same old shitty info. I had 2 transactions sent to Tenadex! I can't get help trying to withdraw crypto or currency out of either transaction so of course I know I'm going to get screwed out of my sizeable amount of Bitcoin and currency since they won't respond to any questions.CROOKS!

Everything about the company is fraudulent. Keep reporting them. Do not do business with them.

Scam site. Requires deposit in order to withdraw funds. This is not a legitimate crypto currency exchange.

Just one question? Why is this so called "company still operating and not shut down?

It worries me how many people think they have money in this company.

First and foremost you do not "have 80,000" or any other amount with them, they sent you a fake invoice and it's a website that pretends you have funds. You aren't going to withdraw anything even if they let you. The entire thing is a KYC scam focused on making you pay to verify, you can submit literally anything as verification and it will accept it.

Who do you report them to. I have 80,000plus and cannot do anything because I refuse to deposit cash and it's been frozen for months now.. Anyone that.can help?

The usual Pay to get Paid Crypto SCAM!!! same tactic as all the other guys here. received an email urging me to create an account with them showing me over 1BTC balance. forcing me to pay them first to be able to withdraw. but no surprises here....he shown balance is FAKE as always as your transaction history is empty not showing you any BTC received and when you check your BTC address on blockchain...of course its showing a balance of 0 BTC.......its not that you cant withdraw without linking your accounts with them by making a deposit....its because there is actually nothing to withdraw to begin :)) STAY away from these SCAMMERs and report them to the authorities. Good thing i already have guy in the Interpol, FBI and the bank of England to deal with these criminals :))

Im grateful for the reviews Ive found here.I also recieved an email from tenadex with an invoice.They told me to open an account on tenadex .I did and my account had more than 1 bitcoin.When I tried claiming the money,they said I must first deposit $90.Im glad I came here first before doing it.

Scam, scam, scam. Do NOT give any of your money to these crooks. Report them. They sent me an email then had me go to their Tandex site. It looks so legit. They are good at what they do I'll give them that. I supposedly have 80 thousand in Bitcoin. We should all file a class action suite against them for harassment and so many years of emotional trauma and theft and take the money they say they owe us. I've been getting emails for years. Thousands of them. Make them pay 1$ for every email. I'm personally sick of it and I can't believe they have gotten away with it this long. Makes one wonder who is really running the show for this scam????
