Temu 

I've spent hundreds and never been questioned about that. Now I want to buy a cutlery set I've entered my age address etc 40 times and have been told they do not recognise me. So trying to close my account and delete my card details which is impossible there's no way to message or call anyone.

Temu has great deals true to size for clothes , alot of promos but you have to stay on top of 5-em

Arrives on time. They should have real life to scale models to show size. Instead of using pictures of items and making them appear larger than they are would be appropriate.

I bought a 6-inch chainsaw from TEMU in November 2024. It came from the manufacturer TEGATOK.

Since the beginning of August, it has stopped working. All three LEDs (green, yellow, and red) are lit.

Several tickets were opened, including one directly to TEGATOK via TEMU. TEMU responded, but none of the information was useful. Their answers did not address the problem at all but referred to completely unrelated matters.

TEGATOK has not responded to this day.

Two further direct inquiries to TEGATOK were also unsuccessful — I did not even receive a reply.

My conclusion: I will never buy from TEGATOK again, and not from TEMU either.

I am very, very disappointed!

I was offered free items if I purchase certain amount of merchandise. I selected free items and then ordered 10000 PKR items.I received the items as follows. They sold ceramic accessories for bathroom, but sent plastic. They advertised and sold grill but sent only stickers. They sold green net but sent black and green net. It is now 10-days past I ordered a return of the entire order. No one has ever contacted me for the return.

I have ordered items from them several times since December 2024. Their merchandise, prices, order taking, delivery to the date or before the date, are amazing. Also to boot they are constantly giving up to date follow up on your order. They even follow up to make sure you are content after you have received your order. They truly care and are easy to contact an actual human being on the phone. I give them five stars because they have earned it.

Disastrous experience.

Extremely difficult to obtain a TEMU customer service agent.

TEMU refuses to reimburse the customer, which in European and international law is an offense.
