While this site promises a money-back satisfaction guarantee, they will not honor it. There was no shipping notification for a couple of weeks. I sent an email and got a notification shortly thereafter. The link made me feel uneasy, it didn't look legit. This happened a few more times. 6 weeks later, I did receive a delivery. The leggings came in about 5 sizes too small. They sold me adult medium and they were probably the size of a medium child. I was not satisfied, after several back and forth emails, they kept saying, we sent you the correct item and will not give you a refund. This is a scam.

You will not get what you paid for, and you will not get a refund. The product I received was clearly not the product they advertise on their site. Although they advertise free returns, they gave me excuses saying my purchase was not eligible for a review.

This is THE WORST company I've ever bought a product from!! Absolutely ridiculously terrible customer service. I purchased the cashmere lined leggings and they came months late and were definitely not normally sized! Their website claims that they guarantee complete customer satisfaction but the customer service rep refused to exchange or give a refund. I would have never purchased from them if I had known they were an off shore company!!

Absolute Crap! Absolutely terrible product and even worse service. Took forever to get the products and the quality is nothing like its advertised or pictured. Agree also that they have REALLY REALLY small.... We also requested a size exchange and was denied and NO REFUND. DO NOT buy their products if you do expect the worst.

If it were possible to give NEGATIVE stars I would. What a JOKE. They tout a money-back guarantee and 100% customer satisfaction. The cashmere lined leggings were FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR from being what the images and video displayed. Even though I read the requirements for return and met every requirement (never worn, still have the original packaging, and, of course the money-back guarantee) they refused to accept any return or refund. So, after reading up on the criminal activity this "business" is involved in, Temptlife is guilty of RAKETEERING as the "product" (and I use that term very loosely!) is COUNTERFEIT. And, despite thousands of experiences exactly like mine, they REFUSE to comply with their own promises! The sizes are also completely wrong. While I did not try them on, it is easy to see that they must use a TODDLER system of sizing.
I have exchanged 19 e-mails with them (so really 38 in total) explaining why I meet the return requirements namely that I am not a happy customer and they guarantee your money back. Not only that, the product I received IS NOT the product I ordered. There is NO lining -- let alone cashmere. The seams on each pant leg do not meet so one side of the pantleg is noticeably that much longer than the other side.
But, in each e-mail response to me, they spew their boilerplate reply, they say that I do not meet the return requirements and that I received what I ordered.
Nope.
I sure didn't.
And then, they offered me a $2 refund in the hopes of making things right. I spent $75 for two pair. Did they really offer a $2 refund?
I should have looked up the reviews on this company before I purchased. I will NEVER hit any clickbait through Facebook again. I am CERTAIN that Facebook is aware of this fraud. Therefore, Facebook is PERPETRATING THE FRAUD by allowing Templife (or a number of other DBAs) to continue advertising with them.

This product is an absolute scam. The produce never delivered and they accuse of you of stealing. DO NOT BUY!

Well add me to the pile of unsatified, infuriated customers of this product. Delay in shipping, sizes SO FAR OUT OF SCALE that it was impossible for a person that usually wears a small could not fit an extra large!
As for "Customer Service"... what a joke. different person everytime, different emails and absolutely no resolve.

I couldn't agree more with all the reviews shared. I wish I would have read them before purchasing. I ordered a Large and could barely get it on. Fits like a child size. No stretch and the cashmere is so not soft or fluffy as shown in the picture. Waiting over 2 months to be delivered and not even worth the $$ to ship back, if they even would accept the return. Complete waist of money.

My boyfriend ordered leggings for me for Christmas and when we finally received them after two months they are the worst looking "leggings" I have ever seen. They are oddly shaped and have no length to them and do not stretch to fit a normal size adult at all. These are the most hideous looking things I have ever seen, they look like something you would find being made in a sweatshop, these are garbage and this company is garbage.

Worst leggings ever. Very short, barely any stretch, & loose fitting waistband. Total waste of money. And no returns accepted.

Don't ever buy anything from this place. We had bought 2 leggings and they both were not the correct size. I wrote multiple emails to get response back to exchange the size. No response.
Please be aware they are not going to respond if you need to return or exchange.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The “fuzzy” pants pictured on Instagram are nothing like the pants I received in the mail- poor quality, scratchy and uncomfortable. When I emailed the company three times Explaining that I would like to return both pairs they simply refused to provide any return instructions and said there is nothing they can do about the quality. Worst $60 I’ve ever spent. Both pants are now in the garbage. Seriously don’t be fooled!

This company is a scam so be careful when ordering anything. The leggings I ordered we to small , even though I ordered 3x larger to compensate for the so called cashmere lining. To top that off, it was the cheapest clothings I have ever seen made . The company wanted me to ship the items back to them( mind you, the packaging was stamped from Ontario) they wanted them sent back to some place in China with a tracking number. The cost to do that would have been $85.00. Thankfully, PayPal had my back and reimbursed me completely. Avoid buying anything from these scam artists. Notice how they have a five star review on their site and you can't see the reviews! All made up!!

Beware, total scam. Came two months late and were a different item from what I ordered. Another Internet scam. BEWARE!

Be careful buying anything on Temptlife. This is a Chinese company that does a good job making their product look good. But in reality, the order communications were poor, the product took months to get here and the sizing was off. And they do not accept returns. We ordered the thermal leggings for women. They were too small for my wife. They refused to exchange them for a bigger size.

Buyers beware!!!!! This company and it’s product are nothing but scams. They show one thing send something entirely different and not to mention both pants that I paid $75 for are ripped and worthless. Stay away from this Chinese scam!! Oh did I mention I ordered in later October and received in February.

Reprehensible company! Do not buy. Do not think PayPal has your back. Ordered product and they said they shipped. Over thirty days later no shipment and tried to cancel, they refused. Requested PayPal to compel refund. This company provided a fraudulent USPS shipping invoice & proof of delivery. I escalated to USPS PostMaster and they investigated and issued a report that the UPSP tracking information was real but was not addressed to me. PayPal rejected my request to force refund becuase TemptLife provided confirmation of shipment and receipt. I contacted PayPal and provided access to PostMaster report stating the USPS tracking number was not addressed to nor delivered to my address but was delivered to an other address in my city. So it was a real USPS tracking number that TemptLife fraudulently stated was shipped to me.

After the PostMaster report, TemptLife shipped the product, real USPS tracking ID and I received shipment. I ordered adult size, received children's size. So, I received the wrong item 60+ days after placing order. Also, TemptLife charged 18% sales tax itemized on PayPal receipt. PayPal stated taxing is not their problem. They rejected all requests.

Pursuing next recourse with my state's Department of the State for fraudulent tax collection. Have made several requests to TemptLife to return product and address tax collection and nearing 90 days since original order. TemptLife does not respond. Be wary and don't buy from this site. If you choose to do so anyway, don't use PayPal. They once had reputation as a consumer advocate. Only use a credit card that has your back against vendors that fail to deliver, charge fraudulent tax rates, and issue fraudulent USPS proof of delivery

Is it possible to give this company a lower score? They are a total scam out of China. I ordered 5 pairs of leggings at $180. I ordered these as Christmas gifts the beginning of Dec. I should have realized something when they accept no other form of payment than PayPal to make it harder to get a refund. I heard nothing for two weeks. I wasn't going to get it by Christmas and emailed to cancel. The ONLY way to communicate if via email. They told me I couldn't cancel. When I finally received the product end of January. I put return to sender and sent back. They then told me I did it wrong and couldn't get a refund. These guys suck on an epic scale.
