Great Flavour

Has all the nutrition I need during intermittent fasting and gym routine
I've been using Tempo for slightly over two months now and am loving the taste (big fan of vanilla though, chocolate is my current favourite... yet to try strawberry). I'm currently doing intermittent fasting - miss breakfast, have one of these shakes for lunch and again in the evening with a small dinner. The nutrition-pact aspect of these is what first attracted me to the brand; very important to get all your nutrients when you're essentially only eating once per day, and I feel great using these shakes. I tried others (Mana, Huel) which were nice but after a few days I felt a bit lethargic and really want to eat during the day - with these guys I feel satiated and have lost the feeling of tiredness... I probably should mention at this point that I also go to the gym at least 3 times per week and I'm still feeling energetic. Even when I go back to 2 meals per day (or maybe 3, we'll see) I will still have a shake or two simply because I know I'm getting everything my body needs!

Best protein powder on the market
I’ve been taking different protein powders for 20+ years and this is without doubt the best I have ever had. I get the chocolate flavour which is great. Service is always great and delivery very quick.

Super tasty
Super tasty. A great incentive after a hard workout. Having tried all 3 flavours I can honestly say I love them all. I have also really enjoyed experimenting by adding some tropical fruits to create a delicious shake.

Love all the flavours
Heard good things about this product and as a vegetarian thought increasing protein would be a good idea. Have tried all three flavours and love them all, no bitter after taste like others I’ve tried. Easy to order and fast delivery. Can you do banana flavour next!
