My son really enjoyed his lessons with josh he made the lessons enjoyable and made sure my son understood everything he was teaching, would highly recommend josh as a music teacher.

My 9 year old daughter really enjoys her lessons. Josh makes them fun and interesting. He teaches songs my daughter enjoys listening and is very patient and encouraging

My three sons have all had music lessons with this fantastic school. They have all thoroughly enjoyed it and two have taken their skills on into performance arts subjects at college as a result. The teachers are all wonderful. They are patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. They are punctual and they come to the house which suits us brilliantly. They also have experience working with nuerodivergence and additional needs and the cost too is very competitive which helps in these difficult times. I highly recommend James and his remarkable teachers if you are looking for music lessons in Bristol. Give them a call and talk to James you will not be disappointed. Fantastic service.

My 7 year old loves her guitar lessons with Josh. He’s easygoing, thoughtful in his approach and extremely patient with my daughter’s endless questions! Josh’s lessons strike a good balance between teaching the basics and finding music that is fun to play. Highly recommend.

Excellent Guitar Lessons. Bought some lessons for my son for his birthday and he was getting so much out of them that we kept them on right through his gap year. Online lessons worked really well. The teacher was really tuned in to the sort of music my son was interested in - but also pointed him in some different directions. Thoroughly recommended.

Adriana has been giving 121 lessons to our 9 year old daughter for the last couple of months. Adriana is super professional and experienced and we've been really happy with the lessons. We highly recommend her.

My son’s last guitar teacher had to stop teaching due to other commitments so he started having lessons with Josh just over a month ago. Josh has been absolutely amazing so far and my son loves his lessons with him. He’s a lovely person,very talented, polite, reliable and makes every lesson really fun. Would definitely recommend.

Found a guitar teacher from here easily and quickly through Google. Very friendly and efficient, we only had one (complimentary) lesson and my son sadly decided he doesntvwant to play the guitar any more. Kids!

This company takes a third of the fee for each and every lesson.
Students! What you pay per hour should represent the actual quality of what you are getting! However, If you are paying £30 and getting the value of a £20 per hour teacher then you are simply being dooped. Find a teacher who is actually worth what you're paying for.

I have been having guitar lessons with james for a couple of years now. He is friendly, competent, helpful, and flexible. He has kept up online learning during covid, and lets me go off on a tangent when I don't want to do it all his way, or I have found a new baseline to practice. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Our children have had two guitar lessons so far with Simon and we've been really pleased with how much they've picked up already having had only a handful of lessons through school. Simon is really good with them and has that knack of keeping them on track whilst making it fun. Not easy when one is a chatter box!
They're also rightly pretty pleased with themselves because they are starting to play recognisable, modern music (Seven Nation Army and Smoke on the Water) that they enjoy. Thank you Simon and Jim.

Oli has been brilliant at introducing the keyboard to our 7 year old son over the last few weeks. The lesson is fun and engaging.

Lyle tutors our 12 year old boy. He's managed to keep him engaged after lessons with a previous teacher were aborted as our son wasn't enjoying them at all. Now he's keen to have the sessions, which Lyle tailors closely to his interest.

Emily is great with my daughter, who loves her sessions.

Contemporary music teachers to inspire the littlest of people. Emily is brilliant with our singing 11 year old and Oli has already made a great impression teaching piano to our 7 year old and most importantly making it fun and engaging.

I've been a student of Jim (James) Burgess for some years now - first for guitar and more recently bass. He's a very accomplished and flexible musician and teacher. He captures the interests of his students and their strengths and areas to work on. He pitches his lessons accordingly and is both clear and assertive. He also has a number of 'tricks' to encourage students to push themselves and to learn music of genres they don't particularly like... all to improve their overall competence and ability.

Jim is patient and always manages to explain thing clearly and in a manner that is understandable. I’ve been with him for 3 years and continue to improve.
