Until now
Until now, everytime I've order from Teltec, the availability of the products is updated properly (so, no backorders or delays on delivery) and the delivery times are probably the fastest I've ever experienced.
Most importantly, I think the prices are unbeatable.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I order a photo tripod for which I pay 20 € delivery costs but they add 13 € because the package is supposedly more than one meter while once the package is received it measures 1m. I contact them to get a refund of 13 € but for them it measures 1.04….

Excellent international supplier for hire and sales
I've used numerous suppliers in Germany and Hamburg in particular. I often need equipment at short notice and the team at Video Data speak great English, respond quickly and their kit has alway been in excellent condition. They understand the requirements of those in the industry. Competitively priced for sales and hires I would highly recommend their services. Valentin who I dealt with directly was superb.

Excellent customer service, fast shipping, good prices
Ordered a Sony PMW-EX1R and a Sachtler tripod at Video Data, contacted them in English, even though it's a German shop: they helped me very good and paid by bank.
Next day the payment had arrived, so Video Data sent the camera and tripod in two separate packages: for no extra charge!
Next day the packages arrived, in Holland; in one working day.
Very happy with this store!
