Very effective and very professional

The team I worked with was very helpful. They listened to my symptoms and took quick action. Additionally when I followed up with more synonyms they quickly took proactive action which led to quicker relief for me.

So convenient and fast...

Loved being able to use online telmdfirst instead of going into a walk-in clinic, very convenient and fast. I only have one complaint, that I am allergic to a medicine, which was revealed in the med information, and one of the prescriptions had that in it. However, I just didnt have that particular med filled. So just be aware of that. Other than that it was awesome!

I have a family doctor but it always…

I have a family doctor but it always takes a few days to get seen and I don’t like going to the walk-in clinics and having to sit and wait with lots of other sick people so I chose to see this online doctor in the comfort and privacy of my own home, it was extremely easy to do ( I am a senior citizen) and very quick as I have already been notified by my pharmacy that they are getting my prescription ready, thank you so much for my excellent care and experience.

Incompetent

After running out of refills on high blood pressure medication and learning, the doctor had closed and retired, I made an appointment with this outfit to get prescribed a refill. To my surprise, they didn’t even want to do a call back. They just conducted a short interview, asked about the pharmacy, took a payment and said goodbye. Six hours later the pharmacy still hasn’t heard anything. During those six hours, I called these folks back probably three times. Each time I was on hold for at least 15 minutes. Each time I was told I could go to the pharmacy within the hour to pick the prescription up and each time that was incorrect. This all started at 11 AM and the pharmacy closed at six. At this point I have to go to an urgent care because my blood pressure was emergency room high. If they have so much trouble handling.something this basic,I certainly would not trust them to write a prescription or just to have good judgment in general.

took my money and run

I signed up and was charged $79.98 right from the beginning.
I completed the form and was told they would be calling me within 90 minutes.
Im still waiting. My cc was charged but I had to do a charge back because I never got to talk to anyone. I phoned the customer service line and learned they use an overseas call center where you just get the runaround.
Use a Capital One credit card like me because they actually help you charge back.
I’ve been looking for online providers for a year reading user reviews of each place.
These are the obvious coached reviews that regurgitate all the selling points back at me so I just picked the first one to chance it and they ripped me off.

I requested to have a refill added to…

I requested to have a refill added to my prescription and when I got my prescription there was no refill and said I would have to pay another $80 consultant fee to get another prescription. Seems like a bait and switch tactic. I don't recommend them.

I’ve used the company in the past for…

I’ve used the company in the past for my blood pressure medicine. The service was great that’s why I chose to use them again. The worst mistake. I’ve been going through the loops just to get a prescription that they’ve refilled twice before. I do not recommend using them for anything. I will not be using them again. The MD has yet to call me and I’ve reached out to them 10xs trying to figure out what’s going on. I’ve paid my 79.95 for absolutely nothing. If I could give them 0 stars ⭐️ I would.

Ty for helping me get this infection under control,,,my tooth and jaw feeling better. ,now I can make the appointment to get it pulled, the pain is under control and infection cleared up ..by the end of the week. I will always come to you for emergency purposes, ,TTYL God bless you all

I self-diagnosed a UTI (IYKYK)

I self-diagnosed a UTI (IYKYK), Googled "Teledoc" and blindly chose TelMDFirst. The intake form was easy to complete even on my phone (forms are sometimes challenging on a phone). I had the option to wait for a call, to make a call, or skip the consult and request a prescription. Since I knew without a doubt what I needed, I selected to ask for the RX. This was a Saturday afternoon. Within 2 hours of submitting the form I got a text message from CVS that my prescription was ready. This was the best money spent that day for sure! I made these guys a contact in my phone for the next time we need to call the doctor!
