Never buy anything from Indiatimes

I on my anniversary ordered a bouquet of roses to be delivered, my order number: 3001986736, and it was to be delivered on 14th February 2013, but to my disappointment it was never delivered, i called the customer care, and they said there was some problem, so i asked them to deliver within 2-3 days by 17th Feb or refund the money if they cant even deliver a bunch of roses in 2-3 days time. still there was no response, and suddenly i received a mail about the confirmation of the delivery done at the specified address, i inquired about it but no such delivery was made, and a fake mail was sent to me about the delivery.
I immediately complained about the service, and the fake mail, and they said they would check and confirm, but then after a few days they phoned me and said the Retailer is saying the product has been delivered, later they changed the statement in saying "the product was delivered, but the receiver denied to accept the item, and since its perishable item, no refund would be made"
i made the customer care personnel even talk to my wife stating that no such delivery was made and no such denial of item was made, they refused and said no refund would be made.

really a bunch of cheats.
for just a measly 600 bucks they would cheat people. if they are so bankrupt, they could have asked i could have donated something to those cheat beggars...

writing this review, not to get my refund back or so,
but just to make aware other people, about their pathetic service and to not to trust those cheats and order anything from them.
if they can cheat for just Rs 600/- if you trust them with more money, you are never gonna see it again.
