Well got my refund finally !

Waiting since last Xmas for refund of my deposit due to cancelled holiday will never use them again

Would never book through this company ever again still waiting for my refund since 13 months ago they have changed their number and would not recommend this company

The worst service ever - do NOT BOOK with this company - it's a nightmare to get anyone to talk to re a refund - I've been waiting a year

Booked holiday last year and cancelled and refusing to give me my money back despite they have received my flights from Jet2 back on 13th October in full payment and refuse to give me it ...I have proof from Jet2 and taking legal action along with 1000’s

I’ve been waiting since 31/03/20 for my money!!! They are nothing but liars and thieves! Absolute joke of a company- they should be shut down!

Don’t believe the 5* reviews!!!!! Teletext is a totally unscrupulous company withholding thousands of pounds that should have been refunded to their customers months and months ago. We had our holiday to Croatia booked for the 21.5.20 ref: TT 746836 the flight money was refunded to them in July 2020. They are in Breach of Contract and customers are having to go to court to claim what is rightly theirs!!! DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!

I am waiting for s refund since last March 2020 .I have been ringing and holding for hours when I eventually get a agent I am told lies that I will get a refund send a email and they do not acknowledge it This company has to be look into the police should be involved. Do not book a holiday with the company .

Booked a holiday with Teletext Holidays from Dublin to Canaries and wanted holiday dates changed, der staff are not competent at even spelling or understand basic English when you call up to ammend, Names incorrect, getting hung up on phone calls, babies crying in the background of call centres absolutely avoid at all costs....

Teletext holidays have had my money for 11 months now!
Holiday was cancelled 7 months ago.
Thousands of people are waiting for refunds! Just look at the face book groups!
The customer service is great when you book the holiday and they want your money but when trying to get it back only automated messages and delay tactics.
DO NOT BOOK with this company!!
They are breaking the law!!!

Do not book!! They steal your money and when they promise to give it back they just lie and lie...they ignore emails, texts phone calls... they are useless...don't book unless u want them to steal your money

I have been waiting on my refund for months, jet2 have emailed me saying they paid back my flight money and teletext holidays are still not paying out, everytime I phone I get told lies after lies after lies, this company is not fit to hold a license to operate!!! Still waiting £3000 refund from May. They lie, cut you off the phone and basically do not care. If your holiday costs a bit more with another company, pay it, do NOT BOOK with teletext

Can’t believe I’m now having to chase the airline and accommodation supplier, as teletext haven’t done this once in the 9 months since my refund was due. They can’t value their staff much, when they’d rather them read utter nonsense from a script, argue with customers and be generally rude and unpleasant, than just contact the necessary people to chase refunds and update their customers regularly. Never know such an awful company. I feel sorry for the people that work in the call centres in India. The amount of abuse they are now subjected to due to their bosses inability to run a business.

This company are the worst travel company you could dream of. When I asked them for their ABTA number they gave me one. They ARE NOT MEMBERS OF ABTA. This is miss selling in the extreme. I am owed over 5k and after months of frustration I think i have cracked it. I will reveal all once I get my refund. DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY EVER
