Excellent response to a headset fault
Had a problem with the purchase of a headset.
Headset initially didn't work, and company did not reply to portal message about fault, but e-mail had got missed in their spam filter. Once they'd seen the e-mail, the service was exemplary, and they sent a replacement which didn't work either, then another (very similar) model headset which did work. The company refunded the difference in cost and the return postage without a quibble and very quickly and efficiently. Sometimes things go wrong, but this company were very quick and proactive to resolve matters.

Mid morning Thursday I had a reply with the link to the exact product which I ordered. Mid afternoon I received another email arranging delivery and Friday morning it was delivered. Very pleased.
