I would not recomend buying a phone from here because when i bought my iphone 12 mini. It came fast buy there was a big bust on the back of the iphone. I didn’t reslly care about that because the front of the iphone was in good conditions but not long after my phone was going of and on buy itself so i tried looking up to see why it is doong thst and it was besicly because the iphone was blocked so i couldn’t use it anymore.

I ordered iPhone 13 Pro, so far everything is good. It’s been only few days though. Hopefully I won’t have any issues with the phone

I did already a review when the phone arrived. I gave it a 4 star review. I will review it again since I use the phone for about a month I believe. I’ll be explaining what I bought and the points are based on the stars I will be giving this time.

I bought the Iphone 12 mini, since it does fit easily in my pocket. I did get an answer from them explaining what they see as new. I bought a few pretty cases, so that solves the little view of the scratches on the side.

I’ll say, the phone does what it meant to be and everything works well. I did notice the screen display does get darker by a little bit automatically and I try to change that. But the option was already turned off or I have a skill issue idk.

Since I already gave them a four star from my last review, I would find it fair to say that I’ll change it when I use the phone after a week or 2, 3 maybe whenever I think about it. I thought about it today.

I’ll be giving them 5 stars this time. I hope if I encounter any problems in the near future I could ask them for help.

Thé phone is like new, I’m happy with the purchase. The only drawback was the fact that the phone took a long time to arrive.

The phone I received was the right model and in the requested condition. It did annoy me that the site said it was in stock and would be delivered the next day but after a week, I still hadn't received it and I had no idea when I would receive it as there was no further communication. I had chosen the colour specifically because it was listed as in stock and to be delivered the following day. I had to call them to find out what was going on. Fortunately, it was quite quickly resolved by choosing a different colour. The phone came with the promised accessories and works well. I wish they would just be honest about the delivery times and give updates if they cannot honour the times published on their site.

The order was easy to place, the info was clear, and the phone arrived very quickly. The whole process was smooth and I'm happy with my new phone!

I ordered an iPhone from this webshop because their site promised next-day delivery. Instead, the phone arrived almost a week late — exactly when I was outside the country.

Before delivery, I contacted customer service and clearly explained that if the item arrived late, I wouldn’t be home to receive it and wouldn’t want it any way since it is needed before I travel. I was promised that in that case, the delivery driver would take the package back. Despite this, the phone was left in my mailbox without my consent.

When I returned and tried to arrange a return, they refused, claiming the 14-day return period had passed — even though the late delivery and their own promises made it impossible for me to return it on time.

To make things worse, their customer service responses were shockingly rude and dismissive, at one point simply telling me to “read back previous emails” instead of addressing my concerns. There was no accountability, no flexibility, and no willingness to resolve the problem.

This was by far the one if the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I have had with any online store. I will never order from them again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

My order went smoothly. My phone arrived on time. Reliable service with options should I need it. Easy to track my order so I could organise myself to receive my phone. All round an easy and comfortable experience.

I think i bought 6-7 2nd hand phones from TelefoonGigant.nl and so far never had any problems. In case the ordered phone was not as expected they would find a solution (offer a partial refund, provide a voucher for a new order or replace the phone with the one which fits my needs). Once I was even able to urgently get the from their office in Utrecht.
