fake AT&T eSIMs

I bought an AT&T eSIM from them specifically because I had one of the devices not working on Altan network, so I needed real AT&T one. Long story short, I was unable to activate it while in Mexico, and their excuses were quite pathetic. My conclusion: they most likely have sold the Neww eSIM instead of real AT&T one. Or maybe the eSIMs they sell are completely fake.

I would probably have some doubts about this situation, but I bought another eSIM for the same device and it worked correctly. And I bought more eSIMs from that another company and all of them have activated successfully on other devices. And AT&T network was visible, so I am pretty sure what I received was not what I purchased.
