Pay attention!eBay purchase, no delivery, no replies
Pay attention! i purchased the object 132929176931 on their shop on ebay: company domo-express nr. 2993 on december 2020.
They confirmed "commande no 3544154 du 13/12/2020",
Order ebay nr: 23-06239-18808.
They issued invoice N°: R1189566
dated 13/12/2020. At shipment date, I haven t got any shipping info, so I had to write them: only after my chasing email end of december, they wrote me informing that they delay shipment to mid of january. I Asked for more info few days later on and they open the Ticket: 2012727. They told the object is delayed. I wrote again 29 january and they told me that object is ready in logistic dept, finally! I asked for shipping information but they never reply. I was then obliged to open a controversy on ebay but again, they never reply. At today i still have no reply, on their ebay shop there is an automatic messagge: shop closed until 1st of march!!!! It is a shame!!!

After the reply of 8 feb here on this platform, wtitten with the only scope to attract the user's favour, i still have not received
1. Product 2. Or Money 3. Or a formal email in my mailbox.
Stay away from this company, they are not serious at all!!!!

At today no reply from EBAY. they closed the controversy and stop. Don't now why, as I still have not received neither the money nor the object! The seller domo-express continues to reply to my emails by pasting the always eguale automatic reply, in which they ensure to send the money back, but they never do it. Unbelievable, the worst deal of my life and EBAY is scandalous. I never tought it.
