We were promised than an engineer would call and install broadband with 4 to 5 days of signing a contract. We have now been waiting for more than 10 days, despite lots of promises they have failed to call us. It is now a bank holiday weekend so I am sure we will still not hear from them. I think I will cancel and go elsewhere.
