I've been using Telebroad for the last 7 years and have always been delighted with their service. Their TeleConsole desktop application is outstanding, continually updated with new features every few weeks. While the Android app currently has fewer features than the iOS version, they are constantly adding improvements.

I also have to give them a 5-star rating for their 24/7 customer service. I haven't called them seven days a week, but on one occasion, I needed assistance late at night and was pleasantly surprised to be connected with someone within three minutes.

Telebroad provides great API integrations with the cloud PBX service & extra reporting tools to see which of my employees are simply ignoring phone calls or when is busiest time of day with longest wait time etc,. very dedicated staff.
