So I ordered and then I get an email…
So I ordered and then I get an email the next day telling me they could not process the payment!
I did payment confirmation via Internet banking app and all was verified by my bank! You can even see this transaction on my bank statement.
Beware when ordering because you'll end up waiting a week or more to see your money back!
Customer service is also zero. AVOID!

In this instance, the transaction failed the payment gateway’s security checks. While we understand you are disappointed by this, it is out of our hands. We use a reputable payment gateway (Sage Pay by Opayo) and due to privacy laws, they don’t inform us of the exact nature of the failed check.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Shady practices. Bought an item from one of their prestigious concession partners as a birthday gift. It was unwanted so I returned the sealed item via a courier. They broke the seals and used this as a reason to deny a refund.
They are incompetent at best and deliberately dishonest at worst. Do not deal with them.
They made it clear that you, Tekzone, received and reviewed the item and instructed them to refuse the refund. Who in your team broke the seals before doing this, or was it someone in Selfridges?

After carefully removing the packing materials:
The box containing TheVIC20 is very crumpled. This is a shame as Retro Games put a lot of effort into the nostalgia aspect of the box containing the retro gaming computer. They went as far as recreating look and feel, including the photo from the original box.
When I opened the box my disappointment deepened as the clear plastic dust cover shielding the device was cracked with pieces loose within the box. There must have been server trauma to the box for this to occur as well as the crumpling!
I have not switched the machine on yet so I cannot comment on whether it is working properly or not.
IMO: It looks like, prior to packing for transport, it had been kicked around the warehouse several times.
Not very happy.
