Corruption from top to bottom.
I decided to buy a display model laptop from their store, as it was more affordable than a brand-new one. Since it was a display item, I asked several questions about its condition and was assured that everything was perfectly fine with the unit. I waited for half an hour for them to pack the item and bring it to the payment counter. However, once it was ready, the staff informed me that the box did not include the original charger—in fact, it didn't include any charger at all—which they claimed was the reason for the discounted price.
I replied, 'None of you mentioned anything about this until now. Please provide me with a charger, or at least a written document—even a handwritten one—stating that this item is being sold without a charger.' Of course, they refused. They simply told me that they didn't have such a procedure and insisted that the price was already a bargain. This is not just a staff issue; it reflects a broader culture of dishonesty across the entire company.
