Been working in HR for a while and just wanna say switching to TekNix’s HRM system a few months back was such a good call. Setup was surprisingly quick and the interface is super intuitive (even my less techy teammates picked it up fast). Since then, things like leave tracking, onboarding, and payroll have been way less of a headache.
