I’ve had my A9 for almost 10 years, and with the design I ordered it honestly feels like a brand-new speaker again. The quality is excellent, and the customer service was very helpful — I will definitely buy something again.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. The original shipment was unfortunately lost by the local carrier, and we sent a replacement immediately at our own cost. The replacement was then delayed a few days due to severe local storms and power outages, as confirmed by the carrier. We stayed in close contact throughout and are glad the covers arrived safely in the end. Thank you for your patience.

Poor quality expensive product
Not a high quality product, despite the excessive packaging trying to indicate otherwise. The packaging just inflates the price without adding value. The product itself isn't a perfect colour match. The holes in the fabric are not reinforced in anyway, just small punctures in the thin fabric which could easily rip. The fabric isn't well shaped with over stretching in the corners which changes the colour tone due to the original fabric cover beneath.
This may have been "designed" in Germany but don't be fooled, this is not a European product, it is shipped from China. Be prepared for delivery to take a long time after ordering.
Given the cost and final quality, I wouldn't buy from here again.
Funny thing my review didn't join the 5* reviews on their website.

Regarding the holes in the fabric, we assume you may be referring to our cover for the BeoSound Stage or BeoSound Level. These designs intentionally avoid extra reinforcement in order to maintain a sleek fit with no added gap between the speaker and the cover. This approach ensures a seamless, slim aesthetic — and we back it with a lifetime quality warranty. If there’s ever an issue with your cover, we’ll replace it. That’s how confident we are in our materials and craftsmanship.
As for your concerns about color distortion — our covers are printed on stretchable fabric, which means over-stretching may temporarily affect the tone. However, with standard installation, the colors remain true to the design. If you ever need help with installation or alignment, we’re more than happy to guide you.
Finally, while our covers are designed in Germany, we work closely with trusted suppliers in China — the same suppliers used by world-renowned brands. In fact, Bang & Olufsen has ordered our products for their own events and customers, which reflects our commitment to quality and design integrity.

B&O A9 cover
I ordered a B&O A9 cover...the item was sent from China, I believe, which did not bother me in the slightest as most products (including many B&O speakers) are made there
When the item arrived it was clear it was a premium product; hand packaged in a beautiful box with delicate wrapping....really top class for a speaker cover.
There was a slight issue with my first order which was rectified by the company very quickly - the communication was polite and very customer focussed.
The cover was excellent quality, beautiful patternation with fitting tools included in the box.
5* company, 5* product.
Any complaints about the price, just remember how much the speaker it's covering cost!!!

Could have informed me better
Reliable company and they ara flexible with the payment method. My issue is that my cover arrived wrinkly. They replied it will be flat after a couple of weeks but it didn't happen so I had to email them again. Then they recomended to use steam and it worked. They would have been more professional if they advice this even in the first email or they put a note on the product so all users are informed well about that issue.
