Bad products, I did not get all my money back.

The Tiles they sell look nice but lack quality. Many of the tiles arrived damaged!
Sending the order back is way too complex. Eventually they took the tiles back, and refunded part of what I paid but I am still waiting for the remaining €192,97.
This is against their own rules and against the European rules for internetstores.
Calling them did not solve this issue.
Be careful with this company, they also operate under the name "Tegelcollectief".
