I’d been let down by another company and Teeter were amazing. Fantastic delivery driver and a stunning piece of kit. They were so helpful, it restored my faith.

The inversion table LX9 is better and easier to use than my pevious one. The quality of Steel makes a real difference.

I ordered online. The next day I contacted Teeter and asked about delivery and the lady in Teeter was very helpful. When my X1 Inversion table came, I was amazed at the quality and the Built App. I am almost 71 years old and it was very easy to put it together. I hope one day to get one of their tables with the long handle for the ankle support. I haven't done a full inversion yet, but maybe after a few weeks of use, I will.
Who knows, maybe one day I will do a video for YouTube 🤣

once delivered I had the best experience unboxing and putting the inversion table together led by simple instructions on the box and the excellent apps both for unpacking and assembling the table. The table itself is of excellent quality and fills me with confidence. The app also has advice and programmes a plenty and is super easy to navigate. Overall I give Teeter 10/10 for this excellent product and service.

Contacted Teeter Online and was promptly put through to speak to Melanie who was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about the LX9 Inversion Table I was looking to purchase. Melanie was able to answer all of my questions and I ordered the LX9 online immediately after getting off the phone. Really excellent customer service : )

I ordered a Teeter Dex II in August. It got posted to me in October to Spain but never arrived. It is being held at a UPS warehouse which needs some forms from Teeter. But each time I call Teeteronline they say they will sort it and never do. They've now stopped replying to my emails. I am £500 down which I paid four months ago and have no Teeter. I have about ten unreplied emails now so will use that when requesting a charge back from my bank. Terrible customer service.

Having ordered and paid for the LT3 recumbent cross trainer, I was informed that the last one in stock was damaged. However we were offered and agreed to take the cheaper LT1 instead. Lainey was my contact and went out of her way to expedite delivery of the replacement and refund of the difference in price. Very pleased with the LT1, a pleasure to use.

After my initial order, the LX9 Inversion Table was delivered rapidly, well packed and as described. It was easy to assemble, of good quality, safe and sturdy once erected. Included instructions are very helpful, and easy to follow and come with an On Demand
Support facility.

I had some back problems. I went on a journey with a chiropractor who helped me. But I decided to buy the Dex II and the Gravity Boots. From the second day of use I have already felt further relief and a real change in my back. 5 star purchase!

I have tried everything possible to sort my back . I have damaged libat discs which required surgery but after two weeks of using these boots I am able to anything I want with no more pain !
