I ordered a 5 foot snowman for my yard, that was suppose to be Electric. And I got a Snowman that is about 1 foot tall battery operated today. I'm not happy I will never off of line again.

Horrible customer service. Can't get a hold of anyone. Just keep going in circles. Shipping label printed 3 weeks ago, but hasnt been picked up by Post Office. Complete scam and ripoff.

The WORST customer service EVER! You can never talk to anyone its has been a month and it says my order isn't found. Im about to be out of work cause you can't talk to a darn person. That's is unnacxeptable

I place my order a month ago and still have not received anything each time I have contacted them they keep pushing it back a week or two saying that it's been delayed by The Covid however I have ordered from four other websites and received my shirts or clothing within the time I ordered from this company! Do not order from these guys they are complete rip-off artist and will not fulfill your order unless you're very very lucky!! So incredibly disappointed

Scammers!!!!!! I ordered a face mask and filter for it. Never received them. I ordered on May 14 and on May 25 they said they were shipped. It is now June 8th and nothing. I'm also trying to get my money back as we speak. DO NOT order from them.

Ordered face mask 3 weeks ago. Received an email confirmation that the item has been shipped. No dates on the delivery document, no ETA on when I will receive the package. Reached out to customer support, no response in 3 days. They don’t have a phone number that you can call. At this point I want to cancel my order and receive a refund but not sure how to do it.
Do NOT recommend this seller. Order similar products from amazon and you will receive it better faster and 100%.

The shirt is well made, fits as expected, and the insignia is beautifully done. Great job!

They will steal your money. I tried to look up their information before purchasing and they had their headquarters listed as Detroit Michigan. Since it was in the U.S. I figured I would give a shot because I don't buy stuff from china companies for this exact reason. They will not send your order, you will get emails with tracking numbers that can not be found and saying to wait a couple of days. They are scumbag thieves, do yourself a favor and trust these reviews.

Purchased a hoodie which was defective, red lettering showing through the white material looks terrible, blue spots all over the white material.
Advised i can send back but i have to pay postage from Australia which is very expensive. Left with a expensive hoodie I cannot wear.
Would not buy from them again.....really bad customer service.

Love the shirts; if they get your order wrong though the customer service is terrible. I was promised a shirt to replace one sent to me which was wrong. After not receiving the shirt no one would answer my email requests. Buyer beware. Bad customer service vs nice shirts.

My shirt was $19.99. When I hit the buy button it jumped to $24.99 an automatically went through. Now I'm dealing with customer service and getting NO WHERE! SCAMMERS!

Buyer beware: I purchased two tee shirts. It was the USMC Punisher. The online example showed the Punisher on the back and with the USMC logo on the front. Neither shirt came with the logo. I am now in customer service hell. All I get are robo responses. When I comply I get another robo response with the identical message. I now have no fewer than 10 claim numbers but no resolution. They have pictures and descriptions, etc.. etc.. It is like their customer service is intentionally designed to frustrate the consumer until they go away. I give the quality of the shirt itself a C, the design and A, the quality of the printing a B- and their customer service process an F..

I ordered a sweat shirt form templare and as of yet haven't heard anything and the money was already taken out of my account and that was Dec 1st. Can't even get a phone number to call.
