I purchased a shirt with my baby girl Miko on it. The only thing I would change is the color of the shirt because of her color. She is a Russian Toy and I knew I would never find her breed on a shirt so I will do more. The quality is the best I have found.

I ordered a T-shirt for my daughter at the beginning of November and still have not received it. Absolutely terrible company to deal with.

I ordered two sweatshirts at the end of October and i have still not received them. The message says they are delayed due to covid. That excuse is just not flying with me and waiting 3 months is outrageous. I will never order again. I have tried to cancel but cannot get any reply.

I Ordered a tee-shirt for my girlfriend, with a picture of her dog on it for Christmas. It duly arrived but I didn't open it straight away as I didn't want it to get mucky before I wrapped it. When I did open it, it was a random shirt with cartoon dogs on it. When I politely contacted the firm and told them of the error, and asked for it to be exchanged for the one that I ordered, I was told with sweet delight that it had gone past the date of exchange and I was stuck with it. I replied asking to be taken off of their mailing list, as they had lost a customer. I was told oh no you will have to do that yourself when we send you an email!. All in all the worst customer service I have ever experienced, at Christmas time as well.

I ordered a t-shirt with my dogs’ picture on it. The first shirt was delivered but with no picture just a blue patch where the pic should’ve been. I contacted the company and they said that they weren’t able to do the picture but they sent another shirt WITH her picture on it! It turned out perfectly! A great company that stands behind their product! Thank you!

I have ordered 2 hooded sweatshirts with 2 of my dogs on it. I have sent them pictures of my dogs, and twice I received the incorrect product with incorrect dogs on them. I have tried to call them but nobody answers. I have filled out necessary forms online, but this does not work. I will not order from them again. They take your money, but ship wrong product and cant seem to correct the issue. I recommend to not order from them.
