Purchased a UPS, installed what I found out to be the incorrect monitoring software, went through a chat-bot who passed me to a human and the problem was sorted very quickly.
Would not hesitate to recommend

After an initial impersonal but useful and meaningful exchange with the chat BOT, it has been recognized my problem with the product and I followed the steps to request the replacement of the problematic device. Very serious company.

Power Supply ATX just bought that do not work. Given that on Tecnoware web site there was an AI assistant I asked an help. I followed the instruction given by AI assistant sending a mail request of assistance. Almost immediately I received a mail with request of contact. Then on web-chat a human technician asked me some verifies. At the end he told me that the problem was DOA (died on arrival) e propose immeditely to sobstiute it, even if I bought the supply from a distributor. He was very kind and very quick to manage the problem. Perfect.

Quick and kind response

I bought 3 UPS ERA PLUS 750. One unit overheated and was replace rapidly under warranty after 1 year of use. The replacement unit was dead on arrival and was replaced immediately.
After sale is responsive RMA process is simple via the website. Would buy again.

My UPS unit arrived promptly and well packaged.
After testing, I am happy it will do what I want in the event of a power cut.
