no items delivered and dreadful customer service
First purchased a tablet from them in the middle of July, with expedited delivery, as it was needed on a ship - it never arrived! I chased it on 19 July, 20th July, 21st July with no answers, 31 July, 4th august, 14h AUGUST, to finally be told there was an issue with sending and it would be sent (2 weeks later) on the Friday, finally got someone on the phone - it was sent on the Monday. The package never arrived! It never made it to the ship it was intended for - they are still waiting.
So my boss ordered a 2nd tablet, to be delivered in FRANCE, to negate the international posting, so it could meet the ship, it has not arrived, not updates, not refund help. And now no one is answering me, or my requests for a refund. Over 1000 euros spent with them and nothing to show for it!
Really not great customer service! rarely does someone answer the chat, and never the emails! I have been able to contact the Customer service only 3 or 4 times and have been promised resolution, or that the courier service are investigating it. So far nothing!!
