Bought a couple quicksilver t-shirts that were 100% knock offs. Quicksilver should sue, but it’s China so they probably can’t. Very disappointed. I should have read reviews more closely. Also the small hoodie was nearly a large. It also took 1 month to get even though I paid for expedited shipping. Cheap Chinese crap, will never shop there again.

Love the product offerings , very unique not to mention at a very fair price. This is my 2nd order, wish delivery communication along with time to receive was a bit quicker.

Item finally arrived but looks nothing like it is advertised. Its definitely a fake and cheap. I'm guessing Chinese made. Its supposed to be a carhartt men's vest. There is a carhartt emblem on outside but nothing on the inside. I checked several other carhartt items and they have tags on the inside with company name.

The ordering process is better than the Most online Shops. The prices Are very good and If the quality is what I expect what it is, I have the Perfect Store I get my clothes from.

They sent me the three sweatshirts I ordered, but they are sized wrong—way too small!

I have tried to return them, but both the email and the phone number come back as unresponsive and/or rejected altogether.

I’ll be honest, at first I thought the site was another scam site. However, looking at it, then purchasing items, I was surprised and actually really impressed.

I made a purchase, received the item, and now I want to return it, but it's very difficult; nobody is responding to my emails about the return, and I didn't like the quality of the hoodie

My daughter had what was supposed to be a Carhartt vest sent to me for Christmas. After looking at it for a while, I started doubting that it was a genuine Carhartt. I researched it on the internet and determined that it was a fake. It has no country of origin tag and no care label. All it has is a Carhartt patch on the front.

the item was not what was listed, want a refund, there address service @tech is a none working address, and there is no way of getting ahold of them, stay away from this company.

It was pricing and selection for me

I ordered a gray Vail Colorado sweatshirt for my husband. I got a Ferrara Navy blue. I contacted them and they said I would have to pay for the wrong item to be sent to me, they would decide if they would refund me my money for the wring item. I did a dispute with my card. The company told them I order what I got. I would not even wipe my dogs but with this sweatshirt, much less ever order it.
