now i am able to use my incredimail.

Staff did good, but the reason for only four stars because of the loud background noises that was present. It makes it hard for us the is hard of hearing.
I needed help installing Windows 10 Vipin was just super. I had two computers and we installed Window 10 one and worked for several sessions trying to install it on the other Vipin was just great.
I am completely satisfied with the session with TechSaviours LLC. One suggestion would help if TechSaviours has a way to pass along the experience with my situation and probably others to Microsoft so they can fix the problems with the compatability of different computer manufactures to there new version of Windows.
