I bought a set of earbuds through "Catch". They did not work properly. "Catch" gave me this: "This is a Marketplace item. By buying these goods, you are transacting directly with the Seller, and Catch.com.au is not a party to the transaction." - Nice. They didn't mention that at the time of sale.
So, I contacted Techry directly (01/11/23) and I am STILL waiting for a response. I asked them for a quick heads-up to see if they had received my request, specifically supplying my email to make it easy. No response as yet. ***UPDATE 15/2/24/*** I returned the earbuds and it seems they have lost them. Last time I heard from them they couldn't find them (I have proof of postage.) I am still waiting for a response and have sent several messages. Avoid.
