We were honestly tired of doing all the invoice stuff manually... like every single invoice had to be checked, data pulled out and entered Salesforce one by one it was slow, boring and full of errors.

Then we found Technology Mindz and man, they totally changed the game for us. They built this AI thing that reads all our vendor invoices (even weird formats ) and just pushes the info right into Salesforce... no more copy pasting all day.

Now things get processed wayyyy faster (like seriously fast)... and my team finally has time to do real work instead of chasing numbers on PDFs.

The team was super chill, always helpful and knew what they were doing. Didn’t feel like a typical tech vendor... felt more like a partner who cared.

Highly recommend them if your finance ops is a mess like ours was saved us time, money and a whole lot of stress!!

The unprofessionalism and unethical nature of this company is appalling. Do not work with them.

- They first quoted my project for a 6 week delivery timeframe
- After 3 months and nothing delivered the CEO advised they had not followed correct methodology, had built an entirely wrong code that had to be thrown out and that it would cost double the price and take 5 months to deliver. They agreed to deliver in iterative sprints of functionality so our business would receive some benefits and not have to wait 5 months to get any benefit and to decommission our systems.
- It is now 7 months later and they have not delivered a single piece of functionality.
- The last due date we were given for Sprint 1 & 2 (out of 6 sprints) to be completed was 31 August. It's 20 September Sprint 1 & 2 are not complete.
- We've had 4 different project managers and 3 developers across the life of this project.
- They are currently not replying to my requests to know when functionality will be ready or my requests to meet with them.
- I have explained multiple times how much these delays are costing me and how much pain I'm experiencing in my business because I don't have this system in place.
-Given their negligence I am considering seeking legal action.

I write this review mid project because, it's been 12 months since a project I was initially told would take 6 weeks started, and then 5 months and I still don't have any functionality, no visibility of when I will get any functionality and a system integrator who is refusing to acknowledge my requests or issues. I regret engaging this company and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I really like Technology Mindz's services, so I highly recommend them to others.

These guys have been spamming my inbox despite numerous requests to be removed from their mailing list. I wouldn't trust a consultancy that can't sort out their own data protection practices.
