I found your service, and particularly my service rep Stephen Foden most accomadating. You were very patient with me as a 'non geek' and took the time to explain every step as we reached it.
The only hiccup came when you sent me the snapshot of the recoverable data, as I was not able to decipher it. But again Stephen walked me through it and allowed me to make my own decisions on whether to proceed with the process or not.
I was especially relieved to find willing staff who spoke plain English with me as that has not been my experience across this process with other providers.
I would certainly recommend your service to anyone seeking data recovery. Thank you again for your efforts.

My hard drive corrupted all my files
My hard drive corrupted all my files - leaving me without photos and documents. Devastating! I live in regional Victoria and our local tech guys recommended Technetics Data Recovery. I am completely happy with the service of my external HD, which was restored fully on to a new 2 terabyte drive, this failed drive housed our family’s 10 year photos and my full music library.
The files were returned in exactly the same format as they were.
The communication from Stephen was excellent, i love a call instead of a million emails, especially with great news.
I was thinking in a world of ‘too much information’ Technetics retrieve just the right amount of information …all of it!

The Data Recovery Experts
I took my laptop to 2 other places in Perth and they all tried to recover the data but none were successful. One my collegues then referred to to Technetics Data Recovery as their school use them for recoveries.
The whole process from the time I contacted them was very professional and friendly. I was kept up to date all along the way and to my surprise they recovered all my data. I now wish I went directly to them as it would have saved me some sleepless nights.
