Great practical tips and insights
I've had the opportunity to sit down with Andrea and review and rehash what I was doing right and more importantly what I might had been doing wrong with respect to my resume and interview prep. Patient and Helpful Coaching
Arpitha was delightful to work with during my first coaching session with her. I appreciated that she was able to take the time to break down and explain her thought processes on how I can improve the problem I was solving. I also liked that she was honest with me when I asked her questions about my likelihood of passing the interview round based on my performance.
What I like to see more is to provide me with more actionable steps or pieces of advice I can work on so that I can improve my coding performance especially when I take real technical interviews.

The Team of Andrea, Hand & Arpitha has been so good to me over the last fortnight they are incredibly accomodating to adapt to your schedule.
Providing in-depth support and guidance through questions and showcasing anything that I needed so far in my journey it has been so refreshing.
