They did a fraud... They said lost goods for pound 1 ..they charged 2 pounds and then again 2 pounds demanded ...when I canceled the option ,my previous 2 pounds lost

I don’t like the fact that you have to wait 2 weeks before cancellation of membership and the money was taken out of my account without notification for easy cancellation. The products are also very expensive. I hope to see it has good value. However I liked that you can skip top ups. It also very annoying when trying to purchase a gadget and the payment is annoying

Isnt there a way to send these people to jail. i was falsely connes in an Argos scam to open a subscription. they didnt even say it was a subscription. Just pay the £3 pounds for the goods that Argos was (not) selling. now they bill me as a subscriber.

I loved that i got quick respone from the escalation team, which could sort out the issue that i had.

I for one ...dont ever recall sign up for anything on this site . And when i found charges coming out of my account i for one was not happy. I dont buy things online i prefer real shops with products i can see and handle .....i know it seems old school but thats how it is with me . As farbas the assistance from Bill the agent who dealt with me ...i have nothing but respect for the way he dealt with and help me solve this little conundrum.

They need to change into different currencies that's all

I'm writing this because they wanted to help me with concern although the issue was around January and they're going to have this fixed in May. I hope this won't happen again.

They defrauded my friend by pretending to be screwfix and offering a free gift for completing a survey and paying £2p&p. Next they created an account in his name and start taking unauthorised payments.

Problem resolved quickly

I decided to cancel my subscription with this company. Not only did I receive my refund, but I encountered no further deductions

Purely cancelled on affordability and having a family to support waiting for my refund which I’ve been told I will be receiving.
