This company took money from my credit card, £49!! For a subscription I never subscribed too..
Upon trying to resolve this issue with them, I couldn’t get through to speak to anyone physically, after multiple attempts with the phone number on their website, which says they’re “busy” with other customers, at all times and then cuts you off! everything had to be discussed via email to which I was met with a automated response, “we have cancelled your subscription” - a subscription I have never subscribed too.. This company is a scam. I have never heard of them yet suddenly I’m subscribed to them??? Be careful. I am still awaiting a refund.

Never heard of this company like the other reviews state. I have also been billed £49 on two occasions. I have reported this to the fraud department with my bank and have now been refunded. SCAMMERS they will be held accountable

They just tried to take £49 from my account without me knowing. I never subscribed to this and now they are accessing my bank to withdraw money??? Crazy. Hackers. Report them if they try to take money from you.

Scam ! Tried take £49 as subscribe to a service I have never requested ! Avoid and check your bank statements! Report to Bank for fraud and hope someone will deal with it !!!

I had never heard of this brand before they other day when I got alerted to a decline payment on my bank account for £49 I had my mother email them for as I am a minor all they could say was that they couldn’t find an account which my email and ask for my card number to see if they could find an account that was using my card number however I have chosen not to respond since I am not comfortable with giving out my card number to a company that has already tried to take money I don’t have out of my account so pls bc careful when enter details to this company

SCAM artists. Took an online order early december and still haven’t received it mid January. They initially answered the phone to resolve the problem and said they’d send the order. After some more weeks still no order and now not answering phones or messages. AVOID

Ordered an iPhone case for delivery 3 weeks ago and have still not received my order or any update as to when my order will arrive, not happy
