This is a follow up to an earlier review. Two days later I did hear from Techexpert and received an e mail and a refund. They are not a sham. They were not available to respond to my initial problems on the weekend which caused the problems.

I made an order for Microsoft Word. The instructions did not work. Microsoft did not recognize their account code. I tried their support e mail. It came back that it did not exist. I sent a reply e mail to their instructions e mail. It went through but I did not receive any response. It is simply a scam site.

I was frustrated having to purchase and install the software after 2 40-min trips to and from a tech who was paid to setup my new laptop. I purchased the program and needed tech support to uninstall the version of the program the tech installed. Andrew's replies were prompt, helpful and easy to follow. I was able to install the program and access my files in no time!

I bought the wrong thing but Andrew was extremely prompt and helpful in sending me the correct software at no extra cost, even though it was more expensive, and following up to see if everything was fine. Excellent experience.

Software works fine, reasonable price, and when I had an issue with the purchase I contacted TechExpertBuy and they were very helpful in resolving it. I will look here for future software purchases.

I bought Microsoft Office for my new iMac. It installed easily and works well. The cost difference is amazing compared to buying it from Best Buy or other similar places.

After dealing with MS office stuff I found this company online. Loaded down easy but between Google and Microsoft. I was going crazy.
