I've reported them to Facebook and have no intention of letting TechDeal know through here - they know their running a scam!

Very very bad I just command a airpod 2 may 12 but until now I didn't get it.but they receive 109euro .its not normal. Its fraud.

Scammers!!! They charged 169 euro for airpods and never delivered them! For all our messages they replied that the order is fulfilled, however, we have never received it. Their “support” email is non-existing. So better to stay away from these swindlers!

i ordered a set of PC speakers, they have never arrived seller does'nt answer emails and the telephone number on the site goes to an automated car rental company message. Dispute now open with paypal.
STAY WELL CLEAR 100% SCAM.

Bought airpods on behalf of my kid. He assured me he'd checked out the shop reviews here. Airpods turned up but were, unsurprisingly, fake. Luckily I had paid using a creditcard - I got a refund but was still liable. Today received a mail stating the credit card company had gotten money back from TechDeal and I could keep the refund.

I bought airpods 2 with case. After 2 months they were malfunctioning. Went to the apple store. My airpods were fake, not produced by Apple!!

I purchased a so called genuine Apple charger from Tech deals UK and within three weeks it stopped functioning. It took ages to arrive and they were even asking me to review it long before it did show up! They advise if you give them 5 stars rating they will send you a free lightening cable. This can’t be right. I have tried emailing them for a replacement but they don’t communicate or respond in any way. So frustrating as I trusted this company and have basically thrown away my hard earned money. Will never use again.

I bought the teeth 10 second cleaning... terrible. Company promises refund but would not communicate with me to give instructions for return. I lost 350.00, Fifth Third bank would not stand behind me either, they believed this Tech company over me. The tech company said I had returned product and they examined it and found no defect...lie, I still have them and they don't work!!! So much for 5th 3rd and techx deals DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

I bought the airpods pro and one of the two was broken (no sound at all) within a week. Techdeal give no response at all and the didn't send me an invoice with the delivery. I called with apple support today to see if they could help me fixing the airpods but it seems that the date I bought the airpods and the date they have, are not the same. They cant help me either. Don't buy anything from techdeal!!! They are a fake!

I ordered a charger for an iphone and it didn't arrive.
No response from their 'customer services'. Checked the address 145 Kilburn High Road on Google Earth and it is showing and Asian food shop!
Do they exist or are they scammers? They even asked me to review their service!

We have ordered two airpods for 220 euro. Received 1, no reaction at all!! The one received is broken within one week. Very disappointing!!! Please react if you mess things up.

I placed an order on the 26/10/2020 via makro online and decided to cancel cause it was not the product that I wanted ,from that time til today I have never received my refund and I'm being sent from pillar to post, I will never order online again

You can check with myshopify.com that is hosting techdeal.shop and contact their support for assistance. I have filed a complaint about not receiving my order.

Ordered airpods for my kid on july 20. Still haven’t heard anything from them except order confirmation. This feels like a scam.
