Have used many times over the past few decades. Usually middle of the road pricing but my workplace thinks they are good so stick with them over cheaper "backyard" retailers.
Got a great deal on a CPU saved over $200... Wrong, order was cancelled, they have still got my money, I paid with zip lucky I have some way to get money back $870, rang to find out why I did get though only to be hung up on, scammers the proof is there in all the reviews I read after making purchase, please pay with PayPal or zip or just do not waste your time in TECHBUY, One big scam. They want people to pay in a way they can keep your money, the good reviews probably came from employer or employee, or even someone who paid with PayPal as they could not take there money, just a numbers game for them...
Told they did not have the product ordered.
Ask for my money back by email 3 times still no answer
Tried to phone several times failed to answer
If no answer soon will go to the NSW consumer complaints
After I placed my order I decided to check the reviews, and was gutted to see such bad and awful reviews. But honestly,I was kept informed of my order and in less than 3 weeks my order was delivered. That’s from Hong Kong to UK in less than 3 weeks, I’m absolutely delighted.
Use to buy from them a lot, but no longer do after a bad warranty experience... They used to be a 5/5 star store, but as it stands right now due to bad customer service I would only buy from them if I had no other option.
Don’t use this company.
We ordered some beats pro headphones. We paid an extra £10 for quicker delivery. We never received anything for nearly 3 weeks!! My husband rang and rang but was constantly told they didn’t have stock or they had to wait for their money to process before they would post. We eventually got the headphones but did ask for a refund of the £10 we paid for the express delivery, not surprisingly we never heard anything back. Please don’t use this company, they are shocking.
would ABSOLUTELY not recommened this company. They are happy to take your money and NOT clearly state the produst is unavailable with no end sight of getting the product in. After I ordered and paid for my printer and cartridges (another website...they have been dispatched already). I get an email hours after teh order went through to say no stock!! When I phoned all they could do was blame thier initial lack of clear communication on COVID. COVID is not responsible for CLEAR communication upfront to consumers
