Misunderstanding while initiating the purchase of a Samsung NEO LED for R181 as advertised on the internet.
I came across an advert for a Samsung NEO LED for R181. The advert stated that the price includes delivery. I would immediately receive an email confirming the purchase and instructions about taking possession of the phone. The deal was guaranteed. I pursued the advert and processed the R181 through my bank account. I noticed two transactions were debited to my account for R181 and R199. I queried the R199 and why I had not received the email i.r.o. the R181 submitted. Techallgo customer support informed me that the R199 was the initial fee and seemed unaware of the R181 paid. I furnished proof of the debits for both transactions.
I realized there was a misunderstanding as I was unaware that a Techallgo website subscription would have been a consequence. Techallgo seemed unaware of the R181 submitted. I was informed that the Samsung was not in Techallgo's inventory.
Due to the misunderstanding, Techallgo's customer support assured me they would cancel my subscription and refund me the R380 debited to my account.
Techallgo's customer support understood my point of view. My communication with them was meaningful and productive. They went the extra mile to clear up the misunderstanding. I sincerely appreciate the communication between us. My concerns were taken seriously and addressed professionally.
