I have had an extremely positive…

I have had an extremely positive experience with my On boarding process. I’m still learning my way through, but the team made themselves available for questions throughout the first few days of morning, which is highly appreciated. I was previously using a different EHR system, and regret that I did not find Tebra earlier. The system is very user-friendly, easy to initiate, and simply very easy to navigate. I recommend Tebra for new practice, it reduces the level of stress that usually comes with the initiation of starting a new HR system. I am very satisfied and honestly in shock at the excellent customer service that I received during my On boarding process. Thank you all so much.

Always pleasant, always eager to help

The Onboarding has been difficult but thats because of my schedule conflicts etc. I have gotten uus somewhat behind however Angelica has been very patient with me and always very ready to help keep us on track. It has likely been a bit "trying" for her but I have never noticed it in her demeanor. We are really doing well despite my constant attempt to screw it all up.

Tebra is a very user friendly platform with lots of support

Tebra is a very user friendly platform. As a physician, who is changing platforms, this was my top reason to make the change. The onboarding process has been so easy because of the support and time spent with me to go over every step of setting up my practice.

Our onboarding manager, Janyn, has all the answers to every question. She is great at reminding us what we need to do and sending follow up emails with action items.
